Job summary

The AIA Life Planner | Next Gen Leader is a full-time hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur/ Selangor area, with a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The role involves meeting with individuals and families to understand their financial protection and savings needs, and recommending suitable life, health, and savings solutions.

Responsibilities include building and managing a portfolio of clients, conducting regular policy reviews, and providing ongoing support to help clients

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and interest in insurance and life protection.
• Sales experience including client acquisition and relationship management.
• Marketing abilities: outreach, networking, and promotion of financial solutions.
• Understanding of general insurance concepts and related financial products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable in a performance-based environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting across Greater Kuala Lumpur and manage time.
• Academic background in business, finance, economics, marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduates with potential encouraged to apply.
