Job summary

Role Description

The Life Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, responsible for helping customers plan and protect their financial future through suitable takaful solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their protection and savings needs, and recommending appropriate insurance and takaful plans. The role involves conducting needs analysis, preparing proposals, following up on applications, and providing ongoing policy servicing. The Life Planner will also participate in sales and marketing activities, such as client outreach, presentations, and community events, to grow the customer base. Collaboration with the branch team, adherence to regulatory and company guidelines, and continuous learning on products and market trends are integral to the role.

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance and General Insurance, with the ability to explain protection and takaful solutions clearly to clients.
