AIA Public Takaful is seeking a Life Planner in Putrajaya, offering a full-time hybrid role with work-from-home flexibility. You will advise clients on takaful and insurance options, helping them plan life events and financial protection while building a robust client portfolio.

You will meet clients, perform needs analyses, present product options, and follow up to ensure a positive customer experience, while engaging in sales and marketing activities across digital channels and events.

Formación

• Understanding of protection products, coverage options, and policy structures.
• Ability to identify prospects, conduct consultations, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
• Promoting services and using digital/traditional channels for outreach.
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to explain financial concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Meet prospective and existing clients; conduct needs analysis and present takaful/insurance options.
• Follow up to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain client portfolio.
• Engage in sales/marketing activities: networking, events, and digital channels to attract clients.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory and Shariah requirements; collaborate with internal teams.
