Job summary

Affin Bank Berhad seeks a proactive sales professional to promote the bank's Advisory Takaful products to customers. You will drive personal Takaful production, build lasting client relationships, and generate qualified leads through walk-ins and events.

The role requires strong communication, presentation and sales skills, with a focus on customer-centric financial planning and compliant service delivery in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Certified with Takaful Basic Examination (TBE) for Family Takaful an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Banking Insurance with some sales/insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• To stay updated with STMKB's Advisory Takaful products and promote them to Affin customers.
• Drives personal Advisory Takaful production and plans actions to hit personal targets.
• Builds long-term profitable relationships with customers through professional service.
• Refers potential customers to relevant Affin products/services and achieves targets.
• Provides financial planning advice and conducts visits to generate leads.
• Acts as Takaful's single point of contact and maintains strong relationships with all parties.
• Performs Know Your Customer (KYC)/Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for transactions.
• Ensures high standards of customer service in line with Affin and STMKB standards.
• Generates own leads from walk-ins, bank events, and personal contacts.
• Participates in the bank's sales and promotion activities.
