You will join a global team and help drive better moments in the talent lifecycle for new hires and hiring managers. You will support onboarding resources, reporting, and platform operations, while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to maintain content across portals.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with data; spotting trends and telling stories with data.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with up to 1 year of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Technology, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Enjoy collaborating with global teams and stakeholders across regions (US, UK, others).
• Curious, proactive and solutions-focused, with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day onboarding resources, New Hire Orientation content, manager-facing tools, and internal websites.
• Act as Tier 1 contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations across onboarding and NHO programs.
• Manage and respond to shared inboxes, ensuring timely guidance and resources.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to support reporting, PO processes, and platform maintenance.
• Maintain and update content across onboarding portals and Manager Hub to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor user feedback channels to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support NHO content refresh in coordination with initiative leads and L&D platform team.
• Document current-state NHO materials.
• Create reports, dashboards, and insights to help leaders make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and improvements in employee experience.
