Join Deloitte Southeast Asia's AI&Data team in Kuala Lumpur, where you will lead impactful data and AI initiatives for regional clients. As a Manager, you’ll steer cross-functional teams, nurture client relationships, and champion responsible AI adoption while developing talent across Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific.

Qualifikationen

• A good honors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline (postgraduate degree preferred).
• Minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm or equivalent industry role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with data visualization tools and familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud/AI ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, NVIDIA).
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic AI technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia, as required.

As part of theArtificial Intelligence & Data (AI&D)team in Deloitte Southeast Asia, you will be at the forefront of how organizations harnessdata, cloud, and AI. Our work spansmodern data platforms,advanced analytics,generative AI, andagentic AI systems- always staying ahead of the curve to help clients transform with confidence.

You will work across a spectrum of engagements - rangingfrom strategy and advisory to technical solutioning and implementation- helping clients unlock business value through trusted and responsible AI adoption.

In this role, you will:

• Design and deliverend-to-end AI and datasolutions using leadinghyperscalerecosystems(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) andmodern data/AI platforms(Salesforce, NVIDIA, Databricks, Snowflakeetc).
• Applyemerging AI capabilities- includinggenerative AI, LLMs,copilots, andagentic AI agents- to create practical, high-impact business solutions.
• UsePower BI,Tableauand other visualization toolsto transform data into meaningful insights that drive decisions.
• Partner withinternal teamsacrossSoutheast AsiaandAsia Pacific, as well as with clients and ecosystem collaborators, to co-create innovative solutions for our clients.
• Contribute across thefull project lifecycle: strategy, requirements, design, build, testing, deployment,trainingand adoption.
• Operate comfortably inboth functional and technical roles, balancing business problem-solving with hands-on delivery.

• Focus on the delivery of client work and lead a cross-service line team for major deliverables and projects. In addition, Managers should undertake practice development and business management activities to help grow theAI&Dpractice as well as aligning to an industry to exploit depth of knowledge and professional experience.
• Working as a key business partner to high profile clients,you'llhave the chance to develop yourexpertisefrom strategy to execution, as well as in delivery and implementation. As a Manager in theAI&Dteam (BI, Big Data orAI),you'llbe able to put your own creative ideas into practice as you take ownership of deliverables and resources on transformationprojects, andhone your commercial skills.
• Act asour AI/Agentic initiativeslead, manage workstreams to localise assetsfor respective markets,assistindustry leaders in activating AI across the communityandsupportAI priority pursuits withinSoutheast Asia andAsia Pacific.
• You will be continually encouraged to devise innovative solutions to help our clients maximise the value of their data assets by helping them transform data into insight. You will also assume real ownership of projects and key stakeholders at executive levels as you help them execute their strategy to build an efficient analytics organisation, processes and supporting technology.

Requirements

We are looking for professionals with a balance of technical ability, consulting mindset, and interpersonal skills:
