Join Deloitte Southeast Asia's AI&Data team in Kuala Lumpur, where you will lead impactful data and AI initiatives for regional clients. You’ll design end-to-end solutions across cloud platforms, analytics, and generative AI, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced consulting environment.

As a Manager, you’ll steer cross-functional teams, nurture client relationships, and champion responsible AI adoption while developing talent across Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• A good honors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline (postgraduate degree preferred).
• Minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm or equivalent industry role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with data visualization tools and familiarity with modern data platforms and cloud/AI ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, NVIDIA).
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic AI technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia, as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of client AI and data projects across strategy, requirements, design, build, testing and deployment.
• Design end-to-end AI and data solutions using leading hyperscale ecosystems and platforms.
• Apply emerging AI capabilities to create practical, high-impact business solutions.
• Collaborate with regional teams and clients to co-create innovative solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI initiatives and contribute to transformation programs.
