Job summary

A2 Automation Sdn. Bhd., a growing system integrator, invites hands-on System Technicians to deliver CCTV and security solutions. You will handle installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning across various projects, with travel to sites as required.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in CCTV, access control, ELV, or networking, and hold a relevant Certificate/Diploma. AutoCAD knowledge is a plus, and you should be capable of independent and team work while communicating clearly with customers

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, IT, Networking, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years+ experience in CCTV, Access Control, Security Systems, ELV, ICT, or Networking.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the installation or repair of equipment, software, or other systems.
• Diagnosed, troubleshoot, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and perform repairs as necessary.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Manage system documentation in terms of project checklist.
• Respond to customer service request to troubleshooting security system equipment and complete on-site repair based on project warranty.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationship with customers.
• Attend risk assessment as per requested.
• Ready for any on-call duty based on project requirement.
• Need to travel to all project sites if required.
• Perform any ad hoc task assigned by immediate superior; project engineer, project coordinator, project manager and others.
