Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Technician (CCTV, Access, AI) to support project execution and technical solution development within our ELV and smart technology services. The role integrates project planning, progress follow-up and resource coordination to ensure smooth project completion.

Responsibilities include system design for ELV (Dahua, Hikvision, ZKTeco, EntryPass, MicroEngine), troubleshooting, testing and configuration, and assisting installation.

Qualifications

• Experience in related field and project management is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, with good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willing to travel within Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling and coordination with internal teams.
• System design for ELV such as brand Dahua, Hikvision, ZKTeco, EntryPass and MicroEngine.
• Conduct system troubleshooting, diagnostics, testing and configuration.
• Assist in installation or system configuration when required.
• Proactive in learning, attend training and stay updated on advancements in AI and ELV technologies.
• Work closely with the operations team to schedule tasks and ensure installation, servicing and reporting processes comply with company standards.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior.
