Enrii IT Solutions Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya is seeking a Support Engineer to provide first-line technical support, system maintenance, and deployment assistance for our applications and servers.

You will work in a hybrid environment, supporting Windows and Linux servers, assisting customers and collaborating with the programming team on QA, deployments, and training. A Diploma or Degree in CS/IT or related field is required.

Responsabilidades

• Be the front liner to receive support requests from clients, meeting SLA turnaround time
• Assist in QA, deployment, and UAT for web applications on Windows/Linux/AWS
• Troubleshoot issues with programming team, including DB or OS related tasks
• Setup, manage and troubleshoot DBMS such as MySQL and MS SQL Server
• Prepare application-related documentation (user manuals, training materials)
• Run and manage maintenance activities (DR, corrective, preventive)
• Work in a hybrid environment
• Challenging projects for upskilling in performance tuning/scaling

Qualifications & experience

The Support Engineer provides first-line technical support, system maintenance, and deployment assistance for the company’s applications and servers. This role ensures timely resolution of client issues, maintains system stability, and upholds service quality standards.

Experienced in administration of Windows or Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu) servers

Experienced in handling customer service for software applications

Knowledge in programming or scripting is a plus

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Be the company's front liner to receive application support requests from our financial institutions and government clients, meeting the necessary SLA turnaround time

Assist in software projects in the areas of application testing (QA), deployment (installation of web applications built in PHP or .NET, in Windows or Linux servers or AWS Cloud), performing user acceptance testing (UAT) and conducting system training

Troubleshoot and rectify issues reported by the clients with the assistance of programming team, which may require understanding of the application/software process flow, running queries in the databases or resolving operating system, database, network or firewall issues

Setup, manage and troubleshoot Relational Database Management Systems such as MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server

Prepare application related documentations such as User Manuals, Technical Manuals and training materials

Run and manage application/server maintenance activities such as Disaster Recovery, Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
