Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a responsible Syarie Legal Assistant to support our legal team and help build a career in the legal field.

You will conduct legal research, organize files, schedule court dates, draft letters, and assist with trial preparation while handling routine admin tasks.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a Syarie Legal Assistant or similar, strong language skills in Malay and English, and timely, professional service.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Syarie Legal Assistant or similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good research and document analysis skills
• Excellent written and spoken Malay & English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Own transport and laptop
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Must hold Wilayah Persekutuan & Selangor Syarie License (compulsory)
