Job summary

VGO AQUATIC CENTRE is seeking an organized Swimming Academy Coach/Instructor (Full Time) to guide students, monitor progress, and maintain pool hygiene. You will supervise safety, record attendance, and assist with equipment maintenance. Training will be provided for new entrants, including fresh graduates, with weekends required.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English; other languages a plus. The role offers a path toward international coaching recognition within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Educational background: SPM or above.
• Passion for sports and education.
• Patient when dealing with children.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English; other languages a plus.
• Willing to work on weekends.
• Training provided for inexperienced; fresh grads welcome.

Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for becoming an international recognized swimming coach/instructor? Join our dynamic team at VGO AQUATIC CENTRE!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure students progress and provide feedback


• Supervise students safety


• Assisting in student attendance record


• Maintain swim equipment and pool hygiene

Requirements:

• Educational background: Minimum Secondary School (SPM) graduate or above


• Passion in sports and education


• Patient in dealing with childrens


• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Other language is a plus!


• Able to work on weekend


• Preferably with swimming coach experienced. Those without experience, training will be provided. Fresh grad are encourage to apply!

Operation Hour:

Wed – Fri : 1PM to 9PM

Saturday & Sunday : 9AM – 9PM

Salary Range:

RM 1,800 - RM 3,200 a month-Full-time (depends on experienced)
