ASTRODYNE TDI SDN. BHD. in Penang is seeking an experienced Sustaining Engineering Manager to lead our power electronics engineering team.

You will oversee end-to-end failure analyses, drive ECR/ECN processes, and provide critical production support to ensure high reliability of our products. The role requires a strong background in switching power supply hardware R&D, hands-on experience with EMI/EMC, safety standards, and a proven track record in leading technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in switching power supply R&D for Bachelors with 3+ years in leadership.
• Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sustaining Engineering team and mentor staff.
• Oversee failure analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Manage ECR/ECN workflows and production support.
• Draft FA reports and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with UL/CE, EMI/EMC standards.
