Job summary

ECADIN is seeking a Sustainability & Transformation Program Analyst in Ipoh, Malaysia to drive reporting and standards compliance, supporting broader corporate strategy initiatives. The role requires strong analytical capability, and comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to build reports and present findings.

You will work with senior management and external stakeholders on IFRS S1 transition, NSRF compliance, and ongoing regulatory developments across Malaysia and globally.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with numbers and data
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to build reports and models
• Awareness of sustainability frameworks (IFRS S1/S2, GRI, FTSE, SASB) is advantageous
• Ability to interpret regulatory developments and translate into actionable guidance for management

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainability reporting and standards compliance, supporting the Integrated Annual Report and NSRF/Bursa Malaysia requirements
• Stay current on IFRS S1/S2, GRI, FTSE, SASB; track developments globally and advise management
• Coordinate monthly site-level working committee meetings and quarterly Steering Committee meetings
• Engage with customers, investors, regulators on sustainability topics and respond to related requests
• Perform ad-hoc analyses on sustainability topics and present findings with cost/resource implications
• Provide analytical support for strategic corporate projects and related initiatives
