Job summary

Bermaz Auto Berhad (Mazda & XPeng) is recruiting a Sustainability & Secretarial Executive in Malaysia. The role supports the Group's sustainability agenda, reporting, data management, and governance matters, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a related degree and 1–3 years of experience, with strong MS Excel/PowerPoint skills and a keen interest in sustainability and corporate governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in sustainability, corporate governance, or related area.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Canva or data visualisation tools advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports and the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
• Support sustainability data collection and management to ensure accuracy for reporting.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate sustainability initiatives and reporting.
• Monitor sustainability performance indicators, targets and progress against objectives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and other materials relating to sustainability performance and initiatives.
• Assist in carrying out day-to-day company secretarial and corporate governance functions.
• Prepare and maintain statutory records, registers, resolutions, notices, minutes and other documents.
• Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including materials, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Submit statutory and regulatory filings within prescribed timelines.
• Provide admin support for sustainability, governance, and related duties.
