Job summary

Genki Sushi Malaysia is seeking a Full-time Sushi Crew for Aeon Shah Alam to prepare sushi and menu items following established recipes and standards, while upholding food safety and cleanliness. You will handle POS transactions for dine-in and takeaway, ensuring accurate payments and receipts, and assist with stock and hygiene duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi and menu items according to established recipes, portion standards and procedures.
• Operate the POS system for dine-in, takeaway and other transactions; process payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene, stock rotation and proper storage.
• Assist with receiving, checking and storing food and operational supplies when required.
