Genki Sushi (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a Kitchen Crew for Lot 10. You will prepare sushi rice, slice fish and vegetables, and assemble maki, nigiri and sashimi with speed and precision.

Kitchen Crew (Lot 10) Basic + Allowances Salary up to RM2,300

Food Preparation: Cook sushi rice, slice fresh fish and vegetables, and assemble rolls like maki, nigiri, and sashimi.

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve meals with a positive attitude.

Station Cleanliness: Maintain hygiene standards by cleaning workstations, tools, and display counters regularly.

Inventory Support: Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with kitchen prep or restocking supplies.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
