Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Surgical Kit Technician to manage and deliver instrument and implant kits to hospitals, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will handle kit preparation, verification, cleaning, and documentation while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires teamwork, punctuality, and responsibility to maintain high operational efficiency. On-site position at our Malaysian facilities with opportunities for growth within a leading healthcare solutions provider.

Qualifications

• Min SPM required.
• Punctual and responsible.
• Willing to work in teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Check and prepare returned kits and ensure PPE is worn.
• Ensure returned kits matched documents and are complete.
• Record stock movements and update relevant forms.
• Perform kit content checks against checklists and ensure cleanliness.
• Raise incomplete kit forms when items are missing and seal kits after top-up.
• Follow ISO, SOP, GDP, GMP and related standards in all tasks.
