Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ Python programming skills with automation tooling experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services and core platform concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Strong troubleshooting and log analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; fluent Mandarin listening and speaking.
• Experience with end-to-end test automation.
• Hands-on with Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, Docker, Kubernetes, and production service operations.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity in engineering tasks.
• 3+ years in software engineering, automation, service operations, or cloud platform support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents, diagnose, and mitigate live-site issues; participate in on-call rotations.
