Job summary

VISEO ASIA is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to manage multi-cloud platforms and Microsoft-related application systems across data centres and bottling plants. You will troubleshoot performance issues, implement cloud innovations, and support on-prem virtualization platforms such as VMware.

The role requires strong Windows/VMware expertise, AD/O365 experience, and fluency in English and Mandarin for coordination with teams in China and Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows, VMWare, Hypervisor and related systems operation and management.
• Experience supporting large-scale AD/O365 architectures (≥10K users).
• Familiar with AWS, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud; capable of DevSecOps/AIOps/automated O&M coding.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/AliCloud/GCP) data centres and bottling plants; oversee Microsoft day-to-day operations (AD/O365, DHCP, DNS/ADFS, AAD).
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
• Support cloud/on-prem integration projects and migration efforts to cloud platforms.
• Assist in implementing innovations (PaaS, SaaS, DevOps) and AI-driven O&M improvements.
• Collaborate with cloud service infra team to ensure stability of digital application systems and network infrastructure.
• Prepare standards, processes, and operation documents for Microsoft-related applications.

Job description

• Responsible for managing multi-cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Ali cloud/GCP) data centres and bottling plants (Chinese mainland, HK&TW, SEA Southeast Asia Market) Microsoft day-to-day operation management of Microsoft-related application systems, including AD/O365, DHCP, DNS/ADFS, AAD and self-visa certificates, supporting the launch of application system projects and handling IT issues
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
• Assist the Senior IT Service Management Manager in implementing innovations and system improvements using new IT technologies. For example, the introduction of cloud platform Paas and SaaS services, new DevOps technologies, and the promotion of technological innovation such as automated operation and maintenance and AIOps to better meet the company's growing business needs and digital transformation needs.
• Responsible for the lifecycle management of Microsoft-related application systems in cloud data centres and bottling plants, upgrade plan formulation and implementation, performance optimization, system bottleneck analysis, and rapid troubleshooting.
• Assist the Senior IT Service Management Manager in managing the on-premises data centre virtualization platforms of each bottling plant, such as VMWare, Hypervisor virtual servers.
• Responsible for promoting optimization, improvement, and innovation related to DevSecOps/AIOps/automated O&M, and is responsible for code development and writing as a core member.
• Work closely with the cloud service infrastructure support team to be responsible for the basic operation and maintenance support of Microsoft's related cloud resources to ensure the stability of the digital application system base and network infrastructure.
• Assist in supporting the Senior IT Service Management Manager in the implementation of centralized integration projects for on-premises applications in bottling plants and the migration of plant data centers to cloud platform projects.
• Cooperate with the senior IT service management manager to complete the preparation of Microsoft related application system standards, processes and operation documents, and complete the daily system operation and maintenance work according to the documents

Profile

• Proficient in Windows, VMWare, Hypervisor and other systems operation support and management capabilities.
• Proficient in AD, Office 365, DHCP, DNS/ADFS, AAD and other products, with professional-level Microsoft product experience and support and maintenance capabilities, and experience in supporting large-scale AD/O365 architectures (more than 10K users).
• Familiar with public cloud systems such as AWS, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud, and has the ability and experience to develop and write code for DevSecOps/AIOPS/automated O&M.
• Possess IT project management.
• Good learning ability; Cautious work attitude and good sense of responsibility; Good communication skills and excellent team spirit.
• 1 years of working experience in large enterprises
• Fluent English and Mandarin to communicate with client teams based in China and Hong Kong.
• Certifications with relevant skills are preferred (MCP / Azure Solution Architect Specialist / M365 Administrator Specialist / PMP / ITIL)
• Experience in ITIL management is preferred
