Job summary

Kenann Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam seeks a project engineer to lead and coordinate engineering activities from concept to completion.

You will interface with contractors, clients, government officials, consultants and suppliers to ensure quality, schedule and budget adherence, and you will oversee tests, commissioning, and the preparation of tender submissions.

The role also includes updating manuals, providing end-user training, and ensuring compliance with codes and QA/QC policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Interact and liaise with contractors, clients, government officials, consultants, designers and suppliers on all aspects related to any project.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Conduct factory acceptance tests, testing and commissioning procedures for all Kenann products.
• Conduct training and product presentations for end users when required.
• Prepare submission documents for tenders.
• Update existing product installation, operation & maintenance manuals and develop any new manuals that are required.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications especially when required by clients.
• Arrange logistics for delivery of all products to site.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
