Job summary

Luxasia seeks an experienced supply chain professional to oversee the inbound flow for Malaysia’s local market. You will consolidate orders from Singapore and other countries, process shipping documents and invoices, track freight, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Role requires 3 years in supply chain, incoterms knowledge, and a degree/diploma in logistics or SCM. Proficiency in MS Office; SAP is a plus. On-site role in Kuala Lumpur with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Possess 3 years of experience in supply chain.
• Possess knowledge of incoterms.
• Degree / Diploma holder in logistics and supply chain management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, SAP experience is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication
• Strong coordination ability
• Good problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate all procurement orders from Singapore and other countries and submit to supplier.
• Process orders, shipping documents, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow up closely on any quantity or price discrepancy with supplier, publish discrepancy report monthly
• Follow up closely on order fulfillment and item availability
• Track freight spending.
• Build and sustain a strong supplier-distributor relationship.
• Churn weekly inventory and stocks in transit report and disseminate to stakeholders
• Manage stocks transfer for different sites
• Article creation

Position Purpose:

Oversee the inbound flow for Malaysia local market. Assist to coordinate with various stakeholders such as demand planners, freight forwarders, suppliers and warehouse to ensure inbound flow (from order processing to goods receipt) is timely and accurate.
