LUXASIA is seeking an inbound flow coordinator based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to oversee the goods receipt process and coordinate with demand planners, freight forwarders, suppliers and warehouses. The role ensures timely, accurate inbound flow from order processing through goods receipt.

You will consolidate procurement orders from Singapore and other countries, process orders and invoices, monitor discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in supply chain.
• Knowledge of incoterms.
• Degree / Diploma in logistics and supply chain management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; SAP experience is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication.
• Strong coordination ability.
• Good problem solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee inbound flow from order processing to goods receipt.
• Consolidate procurement orders from Singapore and other countries and submit to supplier.
• Process orders, shipping documents, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow up on quantity or price discrepancies with supplier; publish discrepancy reports.
• Follow up on order fulfillment and item availability.
• Track freight spending.
• Build and sustain supplier-distributor relationships.
• Churn weekly inventory and stocks in transit report and disseminate to stakeholders.
• Manage stocks transfer for different sites.
• Article creation.

Requirements
