Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to develop and execute short- and long-term supply plans, ensuring product availability while optimizing inventory levels.

You will analyze sales and inventory data, collaborate with vendors, and influence cross-functional teams to align on S&OP processes. The role requires strong ERP skills (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel proficiency, with 5–8 years in FMCG/retail supply planning.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in SCM, logistics, OR related field.
• 5–8 years in supply chain planning, preferably FMCG/retail.
• ERP proficiency in SAP or Oracle and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams with logical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term supply plans to meet demand while optimizing inventory.
• Manage inventory levels (safety stock, production capacity) to avoid stock-outs and excess costs.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely material delivery and capacity planning.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and disruptions.
• Work with sales, marketing, procurement and product teams on S&OP processes.
