Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to develop and execute short- and long-term supply plans, ensuring product availability while optimizing inventory levels.

You will analyze sales and inventory data, collaborate with vendors, and influence cross-functional teams to align on S&OP processes. The role requires strong ERP skills (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel proficiency, with 5–8 years in FMCG/retail supply planning.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in SCM, logistics, OR related field.
• 5–8 years in supply chain planning, preferably FMCG/retail.
• ERP proficiency in SAP or Oracle and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams with logical thinking.

Develop and execute short- and long-term supply plans to meet demand while optimizing inventory investment.

Inventory Optimization:

Manage inventory levels (safety stock, production capacity) to ensure product availability while minimizing carrying costs and stock-outs.

Collaborate with vendors/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and manage capacity planning.

Performance Analysis:

Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends, supply gaps, and potential disruptions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, procurement, and technical product teams to align plans, often managing S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes.

Qualification and Experience

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or Business related Experience

Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in supply chain planning, raw materials planning, often focus within FMCG manufacturing or retail.

Technical Skills: High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Competencies: Strong analytical, decision-making, and particular on problem-solving skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams with solid logical thinking and can do attitude.
