Job summary

HM Resources Management Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Supply Chain Executive (Planner & Buyer) to coordinate materials and supplier activities within a manufacturing setting.

You will monitor POs, inventory levels, and delivery schedules while ensuring timely availability of critical components. The role requires hands-on SAP ERP experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on SAP ERP experience required.
• Experience in supplier coordination, PO management, material planning, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
• Monitor purchase orders, material availability, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with suppliers on POs, order confirmations, deliveries, and shipment status.
• Identify supply shortages, delays, and potential risks, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Support RFQ, quotation, supplier coordination, and procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate supply chain and procurement data in SAP ERP.
• Support material master data, part numbers, BOM, PO, and supplier data maintenance.
• Prepare supply chain reports and track outstanding actions.
