Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capability.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive complex issues through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain execution, aligning demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and customer priorities to deliver business commitments.
• Drive demand, supply, and shipment performance, proactively addressing constraints, backlog, and recovery actions.
• Anticipate and mitigate supply chain risks, developing contingency plans and leading cross-functional escalations through resolution.
• Optimize inventory and lifecycle readiness, balancing working capital with supply assurance across NPI, ramps, transfers, transitions, and EOL.
• Turn data into decisions, using insights, scenarios, KPIs, and trade-offs to drive timely business actions and operational performance.
• Champion operational excellence, driving accountability, simplification, automation, continuous improvement, and sustainable results.

• Demonstrated continuous-improvement mindset; experience with Lean, automation, or process transformation is an advantage.
