Keysight is seeking a Supply Chain Operating Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain execution across demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and customer priorities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related).
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations with end-to-end understanding.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive complex issues through resolution.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable impact.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; ability to translate complexity into clear actions.
• Proactive and resilient with ownership, accountability, customer focus, and execution discipline.
• Ability to think strategically while executing with operational discipline and balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals.
• Continuous-improvement mindset; Lean, automation, or process transformation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance of demand, supply, and shipments; address constraints and backlogs.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans and lead cross-functional escalations.
• Optimize inventory and lifecycle readiness across NPI, ramps, transfers, transitions, and EOL.
• Turn data into decisions using KPIs, scenarios, and trade-offs to drive actions.
