Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, planning, or operations with end-to-end experience.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen with problem-solving and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; translate complexity to actions.
• Ownership, accountability, customer focus, and execution discipline.
• Strategic thinking with operational discipline; balance short- and long-term goals.
• Continuous-improvement mindset; Lean, automation, or process transformation is a plus.
