Job summary

Keysight Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operating Manager to drive end-to-end supply chain execution across demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and customer priorities in Penang.

You will translate strategy into action and deliver on-time commitments. You will anticipate risks, mobilize cross-functional teams, and own the full lifecycle from planning through delivery, turning data into decisions and strengthening resilience across the end-to-end value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations, with end-to-end understanding.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with problem-solving and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex issues to resolution.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, resilient, with ownership, accountability and execution discipline.
• Strategic thinker with operational discipline; balance short- and long-term objectives.
• Continuous-improvement mindset; Lean, automation, or process transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain execution, aligning demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and customer priorities to deliver business commitments.
• Drive demand, supply, and shipment performance, addressing constraints, backlog, and recovery actions.
• Anticipate and mitigate supply chain risks, develop contingency plans and lead cross-functional escalations.
• Optimize inventory and lifecycle readiness, balancing working capital with supply assurance across NPI, ramps, transfers, transitions, and EOL.
• Turn data into decisions, using insights, KPIs, and trade-offs to drive timely business actions.
• Champion operational excellence, driving accountability, simplification, automation, and sustainable results.
