Job summary

Lee’s Fandbee Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to ensure smooth flow of goods for SEA markets.

You will manage purchase orders, import/export permits, insurance, and shipping documents, collaborating with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams to sustain inventory and on-time delivery. The role requires at least 2 years in import processes, with fast execution and teamwork at heart. You will liaise with product and finance teams and may travel to outstations or overseas as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the importation process.
• Ability to monitor shipments and manage documentation.
• Strong coordination with suppliers, forwarders and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all incoming shipments to ensure on-time arrival and optimal stock levels.
• Prepare POs, import/export permits, and apply insurance for shipments.
• Verify shipping documents (Invoice, Bill of Lading, Packing List, etc).
• Maintain shipment schedules and liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and warehouses.
• Minimise demurrage and detention costs; follow up on issues promptly.
• Coordinate with product and finance teams on shipping matters.
• Travel to outstation/overseas as required.
• Keep proper filing, documentation and reporting.

As a Supply Chain Executive, you’ll ensure the seamless flow of goods to support Lee’s mission of food equality, enabling millions to access affordable, quality food across Southeast Asia. By managing purchase orders, coordinating logistics, and optimizing inventory, you’ll drive operational efficiency. Leveraging tools like ERP systems and artificial intelligence, you’ll collaborate with forwarders, warehouse teams, and internal departments to maintain a robust supply chain, supporting both local and export operations.

Job Responsibilities:

To monitor all incoming shipments and ensure the shipments arrive within the agreed time to maintain an optimum stock level.

To prepare the PO, import permit, export permit, and apply insurance for the shipment.

To check on shipping documentation (Invoice, Bill of lading, Seaway Bill, Health Certificate, Halal Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Packing List).

To check and verify the shipment with duties.

To ensure the shipment schedule is updated constantly.

To follow up closely with Supplier, Shipping Liner Company, Freight Forwarder, Warehouse, and internal parties to ensure shipment are arrive as per schedule and in the best interest of the company.

To liaise with all relevant parties for any issues incurred on the shipment.

To ensure the cost of Demurrage and Detention is at the lowest possible.

To prepare and renew the letter of approval for the importation of products.

To liaise with the product team and the finance team and follow up on matters pertaining to shipping.

To send a pre-alert for urgent incoming and outgoing shipments to concern party.

Manage proper filling, documentation and reporting.

Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management.

Job Requirement:

At least 2 years of experience in the importation process.

Ability to outperform on all tasks and responsibilities

Flexible and able to adapt and adapt to the company’s values and culture, as well as fast changes within the company.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can complete tasks, assignments and company goals in the shortest time frame.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.

Ability to work independently and yet be a team player

Ensure that KPI and all tasks assigned and deliverables are completed as per the timeline, or earlier.

Collaboration work with teams of all levels.

Willing to travel outstation and overseas as and when required.
