Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Malaysia, Selangor - Shah Alam is seeking a Supply Chain Executive with experience in procurement, shipping, receiving and logistics, and strong Excel/Power BI skills to support manufacturing operations.

You will execute procurement activities, negotiate with suppliers, monitor delivery schedules, maintain inventory records, coordinate with internal teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies and aerospace quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years in procurement, shipping, receiving, or logistics, preferably in Aerospace MRO.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, shipping and receiving processes, inventory management, and quality inspection.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Aerospace industry standards and regulations.
• SAP knowledge would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement activities including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services.
• Maintain procurement processes and ensure policy compliance.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, cost competitiveness, and quality.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to support inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare documentation for shipping, receiving, and customs.
• Monitor delivery schedules, transportation arrangements, and shipment status.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper storage handling.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to manage stock levels and replenishment.
• Work closely with quality, production, procurement, and logistics to ensure alignment and efficient operations.
• Support site audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any issues that may impact business continuity.
• Monitoring of site audit schedule to ensure audits and subsequent actions completed on time
