Job summary

Eaton Group in Malaysia is seeking a skilled supply chain professional to execute and coordinate end-to-end procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations. You will ensure materials and services are sourced, delivered, stored, and managed efficiently to support operational objectives.

The role requires collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to maintain on-time delivery, quality, and compliance with aerospace standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in procurement, shipping, receiving or logistics.
• Knowledge of procurement, shipping/receiving, inventory management and quality inspection.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Aerospace industry standards and regulations.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, cost competitiveness, and quality.
• Support inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper storage handling.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with quality, production, procurement, and logistics for alignment.
• Support site audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
