Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics in Shah Alam, Malaysia seeks an experienced Head of Operations to lead daily logistics, warehousing, and transportation activities, optimize processes, and manage budgets.

You will supervise a team, ensure KPI reporting, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with sales, procurement, and finance to align operations with business goals. You will drive cost efficiency, deploy logistic software, and ensure excellent customer service.
