Kanry Search is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end operations, including procurement, planning, and inventory management across regional sites. The role focuses on governance, cost efficiency, and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Production, and Operations to ensure compliant, high-performing supply chain activities.
The candidate will drive quarterly governance meetings, lead regional reporting, and champion continuous improvement initiatives leveraging
Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, planning, and coordination with regional and global stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with group supply chain governance, reporting requirements, and operational standards.
Develop, track, and review KPIs relating to inventory accuracy, inventory ageing, cost efficiency, and overall operational performance.
Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of supply chain improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Production, Operations, and regional teams to ensure smooth and compliant supply chain activities.
Manage purchase order approval processes and ensure adherence to internal control requirements.
Oversee digital approval workflows involving Finance and other relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate and prepare supply chain-related sustainability, governance, and operational reporting.
Ensure timely completion of internal reports and applicable regulatory submissions.
Oversee monthly inventory stock count activities.
Lead monthly inventory and ageing review meetings.
Participate in cross-site inventory and ageing meetings to ensure alignment and visibility.
Drive initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, reduce ageing and excess stock, and optimise overall inventory levels.
Lead regular inventory and supply chain review meetings with business units and regional stakeholders.
Participate actively in supply chain peer groups and quarterly governance meetings.
Coordinate cross-site supply chain processes and provide administrative or governance support where required.
Facilitate alignment of supply chain practices, processes, and reporting across different locations.
Identify and implement supply chain optimisation opportunities involving digitalisation, automation, workflow improvement, and process standardisation.
Support the implementation and integration of supply chain systems, reporting platforms, and digital workflows.
Participate in mid-term business planning and annual budgeting activities related to supply chain.
Drive initiatives that improve cost efficiency, service levels, operational visibility, and process effectiveness.
Ensure alignment with global policies, reporting frameworks, governance requirements, and performance expectations.
Share best practices across locations and support the development of cross-site synergies.
Work closely with regional and global stakeholders to strengthen supply chain performance, governance, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of supply chain experience, including at least 8 years in a managerial or leadership role, with strong exposure to procurement, planning, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
Preferably from EMS, Medical Device, or Plastic Injection Moulding manufacturing environments with regional or multi-site operations exposure.
Strong experience in inventory control, ageing management, supply chain KPIs, governance, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proven ability to work with regional/global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, with experience in digitalisation, process improvement, ERP or supply chain systems being highly advantageous.
