Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supply chain operations including procurement execution, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to align production schedules with material availability and demand forecasts.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize costs.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage local/international logistics partners for timely delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and apply lean practices to improve operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily supply chain operations, including procurement execution, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.

• Inventory Optimization: Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing holding costs and waste.

• Vendor & Logistics Management: Monitor supplier performance and manage local/international logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement lean practices to improve operational efficiency.

Reporting Structure

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Plant Manager.

Required Skills & Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, specifically within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong hands‑on knowledge of production planning, material management, and inventory control.
