Mattel Asia Pacific is seeking a Data Scientist to join our Kuala Lumpur Supply Chain Analytics team. You will design and implement analytics solutions, build predictive and prescriptive models, and lead end-to-end optimization across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, transform complex data into actionable strategies, and improve decision-making while ensuring model performance and ongoing refinement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Statistics or Data Science.
• 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science.
• Strong Python, SQL and data wrangling skills.

Responsabilités

• Create predictive, prescriptive, and ML models for supply chain optimization.
• Develop SQL/Python data models for analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytics deliverables.
• Monitor model performance and refine analytics solutions.
