Responsibilities

• Operate NAV System.
• Follow up daily transaction with Local customer based on below customer lists.
• PT. Yageo Conti (Transfer Project from Juken KL).
• Flex Penang (Transfer Project from Juken KL).
• Perform daily delivery transaction at NAV System, arrangement of truck daily shipment.
• Update Price Lists.
• Key in daily Sales Order based on customer P/O into NAV System.
• Generate E‑Invoice at NAV System daily.
• Email Invoice & D/O to Customer.
• Export & Import Transaction, Custom Documentation (Land Shipment).
• Follow up every shipment status with forwarder.
• Ensure material fulfilled and concerned departments requirement.
• Liaise with supplier and ensure their delivery on time.
• Check on material received and outstanding delivery of supplier.
• Follow up daily transaction with customers to meet on time delivery to customers.
• Follow up daily shipment with storeman & production team.
• Follow up on the Consignment stock, report & billing.
• Prepare daily shipment Invoice for shipment thru Singapore to Batam.
• Follow up on materials, component & packaging with supplier.
• Commit delivery schedule to customer daily.
• MITI application 5S.
