Responsibilities

• Operate NAV System and perform daily sales orders based on customer PO
• Update price lists and generate daily E-Invoice
• Coordinate daily shipments with stores, forwarders and production
• Follow up material delivery with suppliers and customers to ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare daily shipment invoices for shipments through Singapore to Batam
