Qualifications

• Knowledge in manufacturing and modification of moulds, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Ability to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on tooling.
• Experience in quality inspection and ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, modify, and repair moulds according to specifications.
• Inspect tools and ensure quality standards are met.
• Liaise with production teams to resolve tooling issues.
• Carry out polishing, fitting, and assembly of mould parts.
• Support mould change activities and ensure tools are ready as per production schedule.
• Identify and report tooling defects or improvement opportunities.
• Maintain proper records of tool maintenance and repair work.
• Liaise with production and engineering teams to resolve tooling issues.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping in the tooling area.
