Job summary

Boston Scientific Gruppe in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for end-to-end order management and continuous improvements. You will support reporting requirements, develop new reports, and lead key improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain function.

Responsibilities include maintaining KPI data, handling returns and invoicing, ensuring SAP data accuracy, and building analytical databases for ongoing insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SAP is required.
• Analytical, performance oriented and sharp minded.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as administrative and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrate a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Order entry and processing with KPI data maintenance.
• Handle stock returns, invoicing, and processing.
• Track defined KPIs to support team objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy in SAP and support ad hoc analysis.
• Provide administrative support as assigned.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate routine processes.
• Foster a culture of compliance by following guidelines and mitigating risk.

Note: This position is a contract position.

Job Summary

Assumes responsibilities for the end-to-end order management processes and continuous improvements. They are also responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Team's reporting requirements such as the development of new reports, providing adhoc analysis and providing systems expertise. The Supply Chain Analyst will also lead/support key improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain function.

Responsibilities

• Order entry & processing, maintenance and update of KPI data.
• Handling stock returns, invoice preparation and processing.
• Tracking of defined KPIs to support the team in achieving its objectives and initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy within SAP, build & maintain databases for ongoing analysis, and support adhoc analysis as identified by Sales Team personnel.
• Provide Administrative support as assigned.
• Identify opportunities and approaches for streamlining and automating routine processes.
• Fostering a Culture of Compliance by operating within guidelines and procedures, leading by example and focusing on risk assessment and elimination.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or any relevant degree.
• Familiarity/Literacy with SAP is a must.
• Performance oriented, analytical, and sharp minded.
