Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive procurement support professional to maintain proper filing and ensure compliance with corporate policies. You will run reports, analyze data and support cost mitigation with Plant teams.

Fresh graduates or 1 year in OEM/EMS, you will analyze profit margins, assist with ad-hoc tasks, and help with PO compliance and supplier relations using Oracle and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year experience in OEM/EMS.
• Fluent communication skills with a positive working attitude.
• Understanding of MRP, materials management, and purchasing processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper and user-friendly filing for recording and tracking of documents.
• Run reports and perform analytical tasks.
• Coordinate with Plant for cost mitigation and ensure no repeated off renders.
• Analyze and prepare detailed findings on profit margins for weekly conference calls.
• Collaborate with Plant Program to support claims recovery.
• Assist in cost analysis, PO compliance, and supplier-related tasks.
• Assist on ad-hoc tasks as required by management.

Maintain a proper and user friendly filing for recording and tracking of all documents.

Make sure Plant Purchasing comply with corporate Policy.

Run reports and perform analytical skills.

Coordinate with Plant for cost mitigation. Make sure no repeated off renders moving forward.

Analyze & prepare detailed findings on profit margin dropped / setback/abnormal for the weekly conference call.

Analyze and work closely with Plant Program to perform claims recovery

Support regular checking, respond tp cost analysis report, PO compliance and supplier preferred .

Assist on any Ad-Hoc tasks as required by the management

About you

Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields

Fresh Graduate or min 1 year experience in OEM/EMS

Fluent communication skills with positive working attitude. Be a self starter and innovative.

Understanding of Plant's MRP, materials management process, Purchasing process and Office software applications.

Oracle and Microsoft Office ( namely MS Excel , MS Access and MS PowerPoint ) hands-on experience

Ability to work independently and result-oriented

Flexible to take on ad-hoc assignment as necessary
