Job summary

Notion International (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled Supply Chain professional based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

You will optimise operations, oversee procurement, inventory and logistics to ensure efficient delivery of products to customers. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in supply chain or procurement, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with SCM software. A related certification is an advantage for career progression within our growing manufacturing and logistics

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient with supply chain management software and tools.
• Certification in SCM or Logistics is an advantage.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain professional to join Notion International (M) Sdn. Bhd. In this full-time role based in Iskandar Puteri Johor, you will play a crucial part in optimising our supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of our products to our valued customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement to inventory management and logistic.
• Forecast demand , plan production schedules, and optimise inventory levels to meet customer needs.
• Laise with suppliers and logistics providers to negotiate terms, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any issue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision marking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of relevant supply chain management software and tools.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistic is an advantage.
