Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing/Materials)
• 2-3 years of related experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality management and SCM discipline preferred or equivalent
• Ability to travel overseas as required by the role

Responsibilities

• Manage the supplier identification and qualification process activities
• Prepares engineering calculations, design change proposals, review customer drawings and technical specs, propose design recommendations
• Analyze supplier quotes and bids
• Participate in driving supplier quality performance management (e.g., DPPM, SQIP)
• Document and maintain NPIs (FAI, PPAP documentation)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949/AS9100 quality management systems
• Proficient in design software such as SolidWorks or Creo
