Job description

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Company Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation and handle the timely collection and delivery of company documents and assigned items. The role also involves route planning, vehicle upkeep and maintenance, maintaining relevant vehicle records, and ensuring compliance with company safety procedures and traffic regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide safe and reliable transportation for Company’s guests, including arranging and facilitating customer visits to the Company.

Handle the timely and secure collection and delivery of Company documents and other assigned items.

Plan and optimize travel routes efficiently to ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Follow company instructions, schedules, and procedures with minimal supervision while demonstrating a high level of responsibility and professionalism.

Perform all assigned duties in a safe, efficient, and effective manner, while complying with applicable traffic laws and company safety requirements.

Maintain the cleanliness, proper condition, and general upkeep of company vehicles, and carry out routine checks and preventive maintenance as required.

Maintain proper records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, servicing, and other relevant documentation where required.

Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department / Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Valid driving license with a clean driving record.

Minimum 2 years of driving experience. Preferably as a Company and/or Personal Driver.

Good knowledge of local roads and routes.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, punctual, and reliable.

Good driving skills with a strong focus on safety.

Able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

Willing to work overtime when required.

No serious traffic offences or criminal record.
