SUSHIRO MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. invites energetic individuals to join our restaurant in Kuala Lumpur as a team member. You will support daily operations, take orders, assist with cashiering and service of food and beverages, and help maintain cleanliness and safety across all outlets.

Responsibilities include staff training, enforcing discipline, stock checks, and performing duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager to ensure high morale and smooth service.

• Assist with daily operation tasks (orders, cashiering, reservations) during your shift.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards in the restaurant.
• Assist with outlet administrative duties and submit records on time.
• Conduct staff training and monitor performance.
• Enforce discipline and maintain high staff morale.
• Conduct monthly stock checks of inventories.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Job description

• Assists in daily operation tasks (eg: taking orders, cashiering, consolidation of daily sales, attend to reservation phone calls and serving food & beverages, etc) during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard.
• Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with outlet administrative duties and submit all necessary records and paperwork to corporate office on time.
• Conduct staff training and monitor staff performance
• Enforce discipline and ensure proper conduct of all staff whereby create a high level of morale amongst the staff in outlets.
• Conduct monthly stock check of all inventories
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Restaurant Manager
