Job summary

Kanry Search is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations at our Johor Bahru site. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, and ensuring SOP compliance and safe, efficient workflows.

Relocation to Kulai is possible from November onwards. A up-to 6,000 MYR monthly basic salary is offered plus variable bonus, with Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM working hours.

Qualifications

• SPM or above
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, transport or related operations
• Experience supervising or leading warehouse/logistics teams is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to lead a team and manage daily operational tasks
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations at site.
• Assist the Operations Manager with daily operational planning and execution.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Plan and monitor manpower deployment to meet operational targets and KPIs.
• Lead and assign tasks to warehouse staff and logistics assistants.
• Provide on-the-job training, guidance and support to operational staff.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity and discipline.
• Ensure proper inventory handling and good warehouse housekeeping.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with the operations team.
• Communicate work instructions clearly to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure staff follow company SOPs, safety requirements and operational guidelines.
• Liaise with customers, contractors and internal teams when required.
• Identify and support improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by Management.
