Job summary

GL Commerce is seeking a Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor (Supermarket) to oversee daily store operations in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring efficiency from opening to closing, and maintaining inventory accuracy while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have English and BM proficiency, with Mandarin or Cantonese as an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with 1+ year of experience preferred.

Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor (Supermarket)

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Staff Management - Supervising, training, and guiding employees to meet performance and company standards.

Daily Operations - Ensuring the store runs efficiently, from opening and closing procedures to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Inventory Control - Monitoring stock levels, ordering merchandise and ensuring accurate inventory.

Customer Service - Handling customer inquiries and ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Store Maintenance - Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and overall good order within the store or warehouse.

Policy Adherence - Ensuring all operations and employee activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Reporting - Completing necessary reports on daily and weekly basis and providing feedback and
