Job summary

Shopper360 Limited seeks a proactive Promotions Operations Lead to manage a designated group of outlets. You will be the key operational contact and coordinate with outlet buyers to optimize promoter activations and display spots.

You will recruit, lead, coach and supervise a team of Promoters at assigned outlets to achieve monthly sales and engagement targets, while overseeing daily outlet operations for smooth promo execution.
