Job summary

Job description

Head and manage the company retail business, developing and executing appropriate retail business plans, operational targets and budgets in line with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

Develop and monitor the consistency of store and merchandise concept throughout the entire retail business and make rectification whenever necessary

Establish seasonal strategies, setting category priorities and ensuring alignment across retail organization

Assess ongoing retail performance and recommend short-term improvement plans

Build long-term, strategic relationships with all shopping mall management to enable the company to maximize product listings, sell through and margin across all physical product

Work closely with in-store promo and promotion analytics team to ensure priorities are consistent across the in-store experience and promotional strategy

Hire, coach and train staff

Comply with all legislative requirements as well as all company policies, procedures and processes
